We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free delivery from our head office in Berlin, Germany. Orders are delivered via email to the registered or order email address once they are ready for delivery.

We are proud to offer international delivery services. However, there are some locations we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is placed. For any reasons, service in the same purchase may be sent in separate email even if you’ve specified combined delivery.
